    Standard one-on-one tutoring at our centre or online is $70/hour, with no additional taxes or fees. We also offer a 10-hour bundle of sessions at $63/hour. All sessions are led by certified, subject-specialized teachers and instructors.

    For academic tutoring, we offer a 10-hour bundle at $63 / hour (a savings of $70).

    • Packages are valid for six months

    • Hours may be shared between siblings or students on the same family account

    • Hours can be used for multiple tutors

    • Book your hours as needed (within six months)

    • Payment for the package is made in full before the discounted sessions begin

    • Refunds are subject to a $70 fee (equivalent to the discount originally applied)

    No, you may schedule as needed. However, you are welcome to schedule a recurring session so that your preferred time slot is guaranteed each week.

    Students will work with their preferred tutor for the whole semester. If the tutor is unavailable at your requested time, we can schedule a substitute tutor.

    Sessions are held at the Genesis Tutoring center in Pointe-Claire, or online.

    No. Once we understand your needs, we can schedule you for a session right away.

    If a student requires a more holistic approach, you may opt book an assessment to communicate goals and improve the quality of your lessons.

    We offer tours and meetings by appointment only (call or text 438 800 7069). If you come to the centre without an appointment, we may be occupied with other students. Check out images of the centre here.

    We require 36 hours of notice for changes to your session.

    You can view or pay your balance anytime through the portal.

    We accept Visa/Mastercard, e-transfer and cash.

    We send out invoices every Monday for the week the week that has passed.

    We do not offer free trial lessons. Instead, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If the first lesson is not the right fit, you will not be charged, and we’ll help you explore alternative options.

    Yes, we have bilingual tutors who can tutor courses that are in English or French. We also tutor English and French as subjects (elementary to university).

    Yes, we do in person sessions at our office at 620 St. Jean, in Pointe Claire. We also tutor online.
    Our tutors have university degrees or professional diplomas. They are professional, qualified instructors. You can view each tutor's profile here.
    We operate by appointment only. Each tutor has their own availability and schedule, and many can accommodate after-school hours and weekends. To check this week’s availability, please call or text 438-800-7069. If you’d like to visit the centre, we’re happy to offer tours and meetings by appointment only (call or text 438-800-7069).     Both my son and daughter has had help for high sch math and my son also in French. They left the study more confident each time. My son who has a learning disability has always struggled in French all his academic years. He is now in his graduating year and we turned to Genesis Tutoring and what a difference it has made.
